When will my order arrive?

Once your order was made, you should have received a tracking ID as well as a way and instructions to track your order. If for some reason, this is not working, or you still have issues with tracking your order, you may contact us via email at support@anywearre.store to let us know about the issue, and we will help solve it for you, as well as keep you updated in regards to your order in the meantime.

I made an order by mistake. How can I get a refund?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can refund you in full within a few hours of you contacting and receiving a confirmation from us via the customer support email (support@anywearre.store). If your order has been shipped, delivered, or in any other status before we are able to get back to you or before you let us know about your refund request, you may still contact us via our customer support email, however, we can not guarantee that at that stage we will be able to fullfil a refund. You will need to consult our Refund policy, and make sure you fit the criterias highlighted to be able to receive a refund, if you do not, then we will unfortunately be unable to give you a refund.

Why won't my coupon work?

Common reasons for this issue are:

  • Coupon has expired.
  • Coupon does not apply to order.
  • Coupon does not apply to your region.
  • Coupon code is not properly written.
  • There is no such coupon code that exists.

Normally, the cause for the issue is shown once the coupon is rejected, however, if you are still skeptical or the issue has not been highlighted, you may contact us via email through (info@anywearre.store OR support@anywearre.store). Please don't email both of those emails to avoid having your case mixed up or cause confusion.

Why does my product have a weird smell?

Upon order delivery, your product may have a light smell, sort of industrial like or light vinegar. This oder is a result of the DTG printing that is done on your product. To have the images and items printed on your clothing, there is a special chemical that is used by Printful to make sure that the design sticks to the fabric. This chemical sometimes leaves a strong smell on the fabric. If this happens, do not worry. The smell is NOT permanent, and goes away within the first wash of the item, without damaging the product.
