RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the return being authorised. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Your request is made within 21 days of receiving your item
  • The product still has all of its tags and labels on it
  • The product is still in the same condition as when you received it.

If you meet the conditions, please email customer service at support@anywearre.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address that will be provided to you.



You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your RMA approval number. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:


    ●     Limited Edition Items (As soon as they are no longer available, you can no longer return them or ask for a refund.)


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund.


Please Note

         Item should not have any strong scents

         Item should be in the same condition as received (even if it's a defect)

         Item should not show signs of any wear or tear

         Item should come with original tags and labels if possible

         Item should arrive in a clean condition

         Any-Wearre reserves the right to deny a return once an item is received if we deem the item to not be in good condition for any reason. This reason will be communicated to you before a decision to deny is taken
